2020 is turning out to be a year that will go down in history. We are collectively dealing with something that NONE of us have experienced in this lifetime.

We are learning there is very little in our control.

Our freedom to move, create and live has been restricted.

How is this affecting your energy?

Are you taking time to tune into your chakras?

Our power centers (Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakra) may become “clogged” or “stifled” during this time.

You may notice your mid region feels more bloated or full. This could be a sign your energy is out of balance.

Movement like Yoga, Thai Chi, Hula Hooping and Pole Yoga all stimulate and “manage” your chakras.

30 minutes a week is all it takes to tune and tone your body.

Many people think they are to busy to take care of themselves.

Then, they become sick and need a lot of people to care for them.

Not taking care of ourselves NOW, will only burden those we love in the future.

Meditation, movement, and mindfulness are all proven to lower stress, reduce anxiety and help maintain a healthy body.

Stress, worry and lack of movement errode the body.

I know what depression feels like, and that is why I am offering help.

It takes effort to put ourselves first.

We are conditioned that self love means selfishness.

That is simply not true.

When you are on an airplane the first thing they tell you is if shit gets weird, FIRST secure your OWN mask!

We can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves, first!
